Deciding what to build and how to do it takes collaboration, research and data. I believe user research should be one of the earliest considerations for any product.
I use a Lean UX process based on Agile Development. Working with stakeholders, I iterate flows, screen maps, wireframes and prototypes for a better outcome.
With a long history in creative interface design, I bring a modern and well-crafted design aesthetic to mobile apps, SaaS products and other software.
Early product ideation should include research and collaboration with: developers, marketers, users, product owners, etc. The valuable input from stakeholders and customers together with market data helps to distill what we're about to build.
Whether I'm designing onboarding flows, writing interface language or animating interactions, iteration and feedback are key. Before moving on to the next stage, I vet and evaluate with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are being met.
The old sketch on a napkin trick. In the race to a minimum viable product, starting with low-fidelity sketches, wireframes and prototypes allows me to quickly convey ideas. Then I'll move on to high-fidelity prototypes and final designs.
I'm currently freelancing, accepting projects in Europe and the Middle East. Feel free to get ahold of me if you have a project you'd like to discuss.
My work history includes diverse digital experiences for web and mobile, but also environment-control software and dozens of interactive installations. I can't demonstrate everything here, but I'm happy to show them in-person. Meanwhile, check out some UX case studies and my portfolio of recent designs.
